This is how our students get their advanced Restricted PAL (gun license) upgrade.

We teach the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course at Cabela’s Regina/Saskatoon, and at our private classroom in Regina.

  • Includes 6-hour CRFSC education and testing for Restricted PAL cards
  • Note-taking is encouraged – each course is delivered by multiple instructors, employs disabled guns/ammo, and uses PowerPoint
  • For adults who already hold a Non-Restricted PAL (or just took the CFSC course) and want to upgrade to a Restricted PAL
