1. Refund requests must be received specifically by email, at [email protected] by the applicable deadlines in order to to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Student confirms his/her own sole responsibility to attend, and to notify RGSL by email for any cancellation request.
  3. No-shows and those who do not notify by email are not eligible for a refund or course transfer.
  4. If email is received with more than 7 days notice: 100% refund, or course transfer.
  5. If email is received with 3-7 days until the course: 50% refund.
  6. If email is received within 72 hours of the course start time (or if student no-shows): no refunds or transfers.
  7. Students registering under 72 hours from the course start time are not refundable or transferable.
  8. Refunds are not given to students who fail the course.
  9. Re-testing may be done at an instructor’s discretion.
  10. Students will be notified and given the option of a refund, or a transfer to a future course, in the event of a course modification or cancellation.
