- Refund requests must be received specifically by email, at [email protected], by the applicable deadlines in order to be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows and those who do not notify by email are not eligible for a refund or course transfer.
- If email is received with more than 7 days notice: 100% refund, or course transfer.
- If email is received with 3-7 days until the course: 50% refund.
- If email is received within 72 hours of the course start time (or if student no-shows): no refunds or transfers.
- Refunds are not given to students who fail the course.
